When to Expect Your Package

The overall delivery period is a combination of two distinct phases: the time it takes for us to prepare your items for dispatch, and the time they spend in transit to your address. Understanding this helps set the right expectations from the moment you click “buy.”

From Click to Dispatch: Our Handling Time

Once your order is placed, it doesn’t immediately leave our facility. Every purchase goes through a necessary preparation sequence that includes verification, a quality check, and careful packaging. This entire process is completed and your order is forwarded to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours. We treat this handling window as a crucial step to ensure everything is correct before it begins its journey to you.

The Journey to You: Transit Estimates

After the package leaves our fulfillment center, the transit phase begins. This is the period when the carrier is actively moving your shipment to its final destination. For standard orders, you can generally anticipate the delivery time to be between 2 and 7 working days, while the shipping time itself spans 7 to 15 working days. Please remember that these estimates are based on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
